I recently placed an order on your website. How long until I receive it? Processing time is 5-12 DAYS on most orders unless it is the holiday season. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. CHRISTMAS DEADLINE ENDS DEC. 7TH TO MAKE SURE YOUR GIFTS ARE THERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY. HOLIDAY TURNAROUND TIME IS 2-3 WEEKS. All per-order products will have in the listing for each item about the shipping turnaround time.What is SJ's Southern Cuties cancellation policy?
We do gladly accept cancellation only if we are contacted within 2 days of your order after it was purchased. If you want to cancel an order but do not cancel within the 2 days time frame you will be charged for the item and it will be shipped to the provided address on invoice.
As long as your item hasn't already been made, we would be happy to change the size or correct any other selections (fabric, thread, initials, etc.) you would like to alter on your order! If you need to ship to an alternate address, we would be happy to change that as well, as long as your item hasn't already been shipped.
Custom and Personalized orders?
If you have an idea for an item you would like, we would love to hear it! Adding even more of a personal touch to wedding, graduation, and gifts etc makes your item that much more special!
Where is the store?
You have arrived! SJ's Southern Cuties is an online store based out of Alabama. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.
I want to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
Of course! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please Contact us with quantity you are looking for item name and other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote!
Sure! Just leave the monogram information boxes blank or add no monogram in the initial box.
We will contact you via-email as soon as your package is returned to our warehouse. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.
