Processing time is currently 2-3 weeks. This DOES NOT Include Holiday Seasons or BOGO Sale Days. BOGO Sale Days (Super Sale Saturday or Super Wednesday Sale) will have turnaround time for each sale on the sale listing (location at the bottom). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. CHRISTMAS DEADLINE ENDS DEC. 7TH TO MAKE SURE YOUR GIFTS ARE THERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY. HOLIDAY TURNAROUND TIME IS 2-3 WEEKS.
Shipping method is USPS Priority or First Mail 3-5 business days. Damage/Lost packages will be on the USPS. You need to go make a claim with USPS and We will try to help you find your package. If your package returns to us due to you giving us the wrong address. We will reship it to you but you will have to pay for the reshipping cost. We do not ship International.
ALSO IF YOU DON'T LEAVE YOUR MONOGRAM INFORMATION (font,color of font, & initials"F,L,M") FOR EACH PRODUCT IN YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL BE MAILED A BLANK ITEM or IF YOU DON'T PUT MONOGRAM INITIALS IN THE CORRECT ORDER LIKE THE DESCRIPTION ASKED IN LISTING OF PRODUCT! WE WILL ONLY MONOGRAM IN THE ORDER IT WAS ON YOUR ORDER FORM! SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT MONOGRAM FOR WOMEN/GIRL (FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE) AND MEN/BOY (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST)!
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items (excludes decals and/or stickers and on sale items) within contacting us in 14 days of delivery. Ship item back to us within 30 days of delivery. There will be a restocking fee of 20%. Products must meet the following conditions to be considered for return: - Must be in original packaging, Must be free of any markings, Must be in original overall condition for resale & Special order/ Custom items are not eligible for returns, exchange, or refunds.
ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUND. Personalized items are a final sale and this does include Super Sale Saturday, Special/Custom order, and On Sale items. If there was a error made on our part of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . When contacting us on a issue with your order please provide us with your order/invoice number and photo of the issue. Please note that we do not answer emails on weekends or after work hours. We are open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CST.
